Applications to PIEE-RONDA are subject to review
and approval by the Office of Study Abroad
and an advertised program may be unavailable
due to unforeseen circumstances. Program costs
are subject to change.

NMSU
students study Summer intensive Spanish for distance
education credit. Distance education non-degree
students may study Spanish any time of year.
Since PIEE is chartered by the Universidad de
Málaga, NMSU degree seeking students could
consider Fall or Spring semester study for transfer
credit and/or distance education graded credit.

| Eligibility |
Any
student in good standing academically who has
completed at least one semester full time. Students
enrolling in the Hispanic Studies Program during
Fall or Spring should have advanced Spanish skills.

| Scholarships |
Students
should apply for local, federal and private scholarships.
Students with Pell grants should apply for Gilman awards
(up to $5,000) for study abroad during Fall or
Spring semesters.

For
2007-2008: Application processing
fee ($150), NMSU tuition per credit ($30; no
charge for transfer credit), HTH insurance
($36 per months). (Note:
Students applying from outside NMSU to enroll
non-degree pay a $250 application processing
fee to the NMSU Office of Study Abroad plus
$60 per credit.)
