NMSU RETURNING STUDENTS

Students returning from a transfer credit or graded credit program:
• make sure you pre-register for classes before returning home by using your mynmsu account
• make sure that you have official transcripts sent to the Office of Study Abroad
• consider joining the Study Abroad Ambassadors and the NMSU Rotaract International Service Club

Students returning from a distance education graded credit program:
• make sure that you submit a copy of the official evaluation to the course instructor and an official copy to the Office of Study Abroad.
• fill out the final program evaluation form (available at the webct site or use the paper form) See note below about Abroad 101 evaluation froms.

ADVISORY:
AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING TRANSFER CREDIT, STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR OFFICIAL INSTITUTIONAL EVALUATION (copies ok for distance education graded credit), AND THEY MUST COMPLETE THE FINAL PROGRAM EVALUATION BEFORE GRADES WILL BE SUBMITTED OR CREDIT TRANSFERRED.

Effective for students returning from abroad end of Spring 2009 and beyond, the Office will be using Abroad101 which has an on-line NMSU evaluation form.
