	GUEST STUDENT APPROVAL
Students from New Mexico who want to attend an NMSU exchange program as a guest fill out this form. Currenly open to students from UNM, NMTECH, NMH, ENMU, San Juan Community College, and the College of Santa Fe. This form also collects credit card billing information.
	PROGRAM FINAL EVALUATION
Submission is required before NMSU will release transcripts to the students home institution.
