Used
by NMSU students attending other institutions
on approved study abroad who want to transfer
credit to NMSU fill out all sections, and obtain
signatures from College and Financial Aid before
departure.

TRAVEL
PERMISSION FOR CREDIT
OR NON-CREDIT ACTIVITIES |
The
Resident Student Travel Program form is used
by NMSU students traveling abroad while enrolled
in an NMSU course or when the travel is sponsored
by NMSU. Students fill out the Participant section
to provide essential information and to verify
that they are obtianing the required insurance.
