Are
guest students governed by the NMSU Code of
Student Conduct while abroad? |

No,
but expectations of responsible conduct are
high. Since
students are not officially registered students
at NMSU, guest students are not subject to
NMSU's Student Code of Conduct. However,
they will be governed by the home institution's
code of conduct and NMSU will refer any concerns
brought to its attention to the home institution.

code of conduct? |
Yes. Guest
students must comply with the code of conduct
established by the host institution, which
has the right to remove the student from their
program for just cause.
