Student Conduct while abroad? |

Yes. Since
students are officially registered non-degree
in an NMSU course, they are subject to NMSU's
Student Code of Conduct.

DEIL students governed by the host institution's
code of conduct? |
Yes. DEIL
students must comply with the code of conduct
established by the host institution, which
has the right to remove the student from their
program for just cause.
