are wonderful and it is a good place from which
to travel around China.• Small classes
are great • The location of the university,
while not great, is an opportunity to see the
China that is not shown. Also, the small size
of the university makes it perfect for immersion.• I
would whole heartedly recommend this program
to a person who is interested in Chinese language

The director of the school is an easy man to
communicate with about western cultural needs.
The class sizes are small and the teachers are
very nice. • ... people there will become
your lifetime friends. • Absolutely had
a great experience and made many life long friends.
Only western students are NMSU students, and the Chinese teacher is experienced
and great. Great place to learn Chinese. Teaching english and being with the
Chinese teachers was one of the best experiences
of my life.

The location of the school is quite bad and
a commute is required to visit the city. Not
much to do in the local area. The school is
much smaller than NMSU. • School far from downtown
and buses stop at around 9 p.m. • Western
toiletries not available.
